Our Classes

  • LIFT

    Lift classes utilise weight training as a foundation for strength + body composition. They incorporate fundamental compound movements + isolation lifts that assist in building strength + muscle. Placing an emphasis on technique + progressive overload, each class targets varied muscle groups. Each session caters to all training levels.

  • CONDITION

    Our Condition classes focus on a HIIT style circuit training. They target an increasing of fitness levels, strengthening muscular endurance + support cardiovascular health. Each session incorporates a mixture of functional cardio, free weights + cardio machines to target varied muscle groups + increase heart rate. All fitness levels are welcome.

  • ENDURE

    Endure mat pilates classes build your strength with higher repetition of dynamic movements. This class includes strength base exercises with the addition of cardio bursts to challenge your fitness levels. Raise your heart rate, build muscle + get your sweat on in a fun environment. Suitable for all levels.

  • ACTIVATE

    During our mat pilates Activate classes you are supported to work main muscle groups while mindfully connecting you to your body. Weights may be used as well as other pilates equipment. This class hones in on pilates technique whilst supporting you to enjoy your practice + find overall balance. Suitable for all levels.

  • STRETCH

    Our Stretch mat pilates class focuses on lengthening the main muscle groups to get your body conditioned for all types of movement. Guiding you to sync to your breath with longer holds + connection to mindful awareness.

  • REFORMER FLOW

    Reformer Flow pilates classes draw on dynamic movements to encourage a full body workout. These sessions include whole body exercises while also targeting main muscle groups. Classes combine lengthening strengthening + balancing excersises. A number of progressions + regressions are provided to cater for all levels.

  • SLOW FLOW

    Our Slow Flow includes more space between poses whilst retaining a gentle rhythm of a traditional vinyasa flow. Including a combination of energising + gentle Pranayama (breath control) to support embodied movement throughout. Finishing off with a meditation to focus the mind + engage in present moment awareness.

  • VINYASA


    A dynamic Flow that includes movement patterns through a series of Asana (postures). We build to one breath per movement to increase strength, balance + mobility through the whole body. This all round class offers opportunities for challenge + includes more energising Pranayama (breath control) practices, lifting the body/mind from low vibrational states. Suitable to intermediate to advanced practitioners.

  • YIN

    This class is here to induce deep restoration in body + mind. We focus on regulating the nervous system with longer posture holds + gentle pranayama practice. Finishing with an extended meditation + sound healing to support whole body relaxation.

  • INFRARED

    Our Infrared Sauna appointment includes 45 minutes use in the Sauna and 15 minutes to freshen up afterwards, we have showers finished with body wash. A towel is included in your session.

  • PT

    Receive one on one training support in a Personal Training session. In these sessions you’ll be guided on technique + form. Whatever your goals are, our trainers will provide you with ongoing support to achieve them.

  • PRIVATE REFORMER

    These sessions are a great way to start your Reformer Pilates journey with a personalised class. A private setting ensures space to work on technique, skill + exploration of different exercises/props. We can work together in a safe environment to advance your practice, navigate pre/post natal or injuries.

  • REIKI

    Soothing energy healing session delivered to you in a personalised + private setting. This sacred container is targeted to individuals looking to manage stress, treat physical pain or support the body back to it's balanced state.

TERMS + CONDITIONS

By purchasing an Intro Offer, Casual Option, Membership and/or booking a class at Awake Gym + Wellness via outside parties, you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Awake Gym + Wellness + it’s staff/contractors is/are not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes/workshops/privates that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason

Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class, check into reception prior

After cease of an Open Gym Membership the FOB key must be returned within 14 days to avoid a $9 fee to replace the token

All Non-Members must only come during staffed hours, tailgating in the Open Gym is not permitted, if a member engages in this behaviour there membership may lead to an instant termination

7 days notice is required for any suspension or termination of any membership

We reserve the right to refuse anyone access or service regardless of reservation/payment

We strive for little disruption to the timetable but classes/teachers are subject to change or cancel

Intro Offers are available to new clients only

People under 18 must have a legal parent/guardian sign a liability & under 18’s waiver

We care about our members experience, please adhere to our Gym + Studio etiquette:

  • Refrain from using technological devices in our space to ensure the respect of other’s experience

  • In our Wellness Studio please ensure your phone is on silent or flight mode or turned off before attending classes/workshops

  • We do not permit work boots in our Open Gym or Studio, please remove before entering the premises

  • Place all weights away after use + clean up chalk when used in Open Gym

  • Please be mindful + respectful of other patrons at all times
