What are the staffed hours?

Staffed Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 11:00 AM + 4:00 - 6:30 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Sunday: Unstaffed

Do you have lock in contracts?

All of our memberships work on a week to week reuccuring payment. You will not be locked in to any contract. We kindly ask if you need to pause/cancel your membership with us to provide 7 days notice.

Can I pay casually?

Yes! We have many casual options available on our pricing page, from one off sessions to 3 packs or 10 packs. These do not have an expiry although we do encourage use within a certain amount of time. If they do expire, we’d be happy to extend these for you to get the most out of your investment.

Do I bring my own mat?

We have yoga/pilates mats in our studio for all wellness classes, you are more than welcome to bring your own to place on top of one of our mats for extra cushioning!

Do you have showers at your facility?

There are three showers at our facility located in our accessable, male & female bathrooms - equipped with body wash! Bring your own shampoo & conditioner if you plan on washing your hair.

Is there a drinking fountain I can refill at?

Yes we have a filters water fountain machine at our Open Gym entrance near the lockers! We also have a vending machine stocked filled with snacks, protein, kombucha, coconut water, water, pre workout, energy drinks, sports drinks.
