“Hey, I’m Vic! I’m a certified personal trainer with a focus on strength training and general fitness.
My journey started when I got dragged to the gym by a friend. I had no idea what I was supposed to do, but after some trial and error, I was hooked. The way exercise made me feel, physically and mentally, was a game changer. Lifting weights and moving my body really helped improve my mental health and overall mood.
As I started to see progress, I became even more motivated to push myself. Watching your body transform over time isn’t just rewarding—it’s a reflection of your hard work and dedication. Consistency really is the key, and that’s something I’m passionate about helping others understand.
Exercise has so many other benefits that people don’t realise, such as improving mood, preventing disease, increasing body strength, preventing injury, the list goes on…
I want to inspire people to move their bodies and experience the countless benefits that exercise has to offer, because there really is endless benefits.”
