“I've had a passion for health, hard work and performance my entire life, and practising as a fitness professional these last 5 years has allowed me to pass these values on to our awesome members.

I love challenging people to push thier limits, to show them what they are capable of when an opportunity to excel is presented to them. My training style reflects this outlook, with sessions focused on intensity, endurance and high performance. We don't just come to the gym to tick a box, we come here to work hard, test our minds and bodies, and walk out knowing improvements have been made.

As a coach, nothing makes me prouder than having members say they achieved something they initially thought was too difficult.”
