MEET MIGUEL

“My journey to becoming a coach has been long but empowering. Despite always having a strong passion for fitness and nutrition, I've spent most of my career as a social worker. Here, I learned the art of truly understanding people's needs and collaborating with them.

I bring this same approach to my fitness and nutrition coaching with my clients. There are many ways to achieve your fitness goals, but the important thing is to find strategies that are sustainable and tailored to your lifestyle. What might be optimal on paper may not be optimal for you, and I'm here to help you discover your own version of optimal.

I specialise in body composition (muscle gain & fat loss) and nutrition coaching. However, I have worked with a wide range of people with varying goals, from rehabilitation to general fitness and strength.

My goal is to help you bring out your best and strongest self, as I believe everybody deserves to live comfortably in their own skin, move pain-free, and feel confident in their abilities”
