"I’m Lia, a Strength and Functional Coach and Personal Trainer with a background in kinesiology. I’m passionate about helping people move better, build strength, and feel confident in their own bodies. I love combining my knowledge with a caring and supportive approach to create training that’s challenging, empowering, and sustainable.
Being a mum has taught me the importance of balance, patience, and showing up for yourself - something I bring into every session. I aim to make every session feel strong, purposeful, and achievable, so you leave feeling capable, energised, and proud of what you’ve accomplished."
