“Hi, I’m Julia - but you can call me Yules. I specialise in structured coaching for individuals who want expert programming, consistent accountability, and the confidence to train independently. I am passionate about ensuring you build strength safely and effectively while developing the skills to sustain your progress long-term. My coaching is grounded in three core values: personalisation, sustainability, and self-compassion. These principles shape every session, ensuring your training is not only effective, but also tailored to fit your lifestyle.

With a Certificate IV in Fitness, university study in health behaviour change, certifications in life, mindfulness, and nutrition coaching, and a Master’s degree in Teaching, I combine behavioural science with practical training to help you build internal motivation - not just follow workouts. My clients don’t just change how they exercise; they change how they think about exercise, creating habits that last.”
