“I started practicing yoga 9 years ago to manage the symptoms of stress, little did I know how much it was going to change my life! My interest to support my own health quickly led me down a path of studying energetic & yogic practice.

In 2019 I completed my first 30hr YTT that specialised in pranayama, mantra & meditation; it was during this time that I knew this is what I wanted to share with the world. I’ve since went on to study my 200hr & 150hr YTT.

I am extremely passionate about sharing these tools that support us to self regulate, discover ourselves deeply, heal & become the leader of our own lives!”
