“I’m Euan, a passionate coach helping people build consistent training routines, lose fat and build muscle. With a background in sport and competition, I understand the discipline and structure needed to see real results but I also love making training practical and sustainable for everyday life.
I bring my experience from a background of rugby and passion for performance into my coaching with a focus on a client centred, structured, accountable approach while respecting the demands of everyday life. I understand how to prepare the body for performance, maintain consistency under pressure and overcome obstacles without sacrificing long term progress.
The gym has always been central to my approach, whether preparing for performance or helping others achieve their goals. Whether that’s building muscle, getting leaner, or just feeling stronger and more confident in everyday life. I believe progress comes from consistency, smart training and learning to enjoy the process.”
