MEET CARLA
“I’m Carla, a health coach with a decade of experience in the fitness industry, helping people build stronger, healthier bodies while improving their overall wellbeing - mentally, physically & hormonally. Health, performance and dedication have always been central to who I am and I love helping people lead healthier, happier lives.
While studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Human Movement, I gained experience in exercise physiology, which strengthened my understanding of biomechanics, injury management and effective training strategies for each individual. Over the years, I’ve worked with high-level athletes from organisations such as The Australian Ballet, Australian Taekwondo (AusTKD) and the AFL - just to name a few - as well as everyday people seeking to build strength, confidence and better overall health. I’ve also competed in bodybuilding competitions with ICN & IFBB internationally, giving me first-hand insight into the discipline, consistency and precision required for muscle development, body composition change and long-term transformation.
I tailor every training program to each client’s goals, experience and individual needs, whether we’re working together in-person or online. I also specialise in women’s health, supporting clients with conditions like perimenopause/menopause, endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS, while incorporating practical nutrition guidance, because I truly believe what we eat plays a huge role in performance, body composition and gut health. By combining personalised training, nutrition strategies and an understanding of hormones, metabolism & lifestyle, I help clients achieve results that are sustainable, safe and tailored to their unique bodies.
My coaching blends evidence-based training, nutrition guidance and empathy. I’m not just here to train bodies - I help educate minds, shift mindsets and create sustainable change for life longevity. You’ll always get the same bubbly, passionate, heart-led Carla - if you see me on the gym floor, don’t be shy to say hi or book a consult for extra support.”
